Your experience begins with a stay in a fabulous lodge overlooking stunning wildlife. In the evening, indulge in a gourmet five-course tasting menu, paired with expertly selected drinks, at our stylish and exclusive on-site venue, Cellarz. After your dinner, you will hear about the conservation work we help with at West Midlands Safari from one of our experienced team.

The next morning, you’ll get up close and personal with these gentle giants. Get exclusive access to their animal housing and have an astonishingly up-close experience as you help with tasks such as cleaning, preparing meals and feeding. Be prepared to get involved with the physical tasks which are part of a Keeper's everyday role!
You’ll be overwhelmed with the size, beauty and strength of these magnificent creatures, by getting to see them close enough to make eye contact – a truly breathtaking experience.

You’ll be able to meet our giraffe herd and learn their names, see their personalities and have photo opportunities.

There is a maximum of two adults per booking.

This very exclusive experience is only available on selected dates in November, January and February:

12:00pm - Check in to your Lodge.

12:30pm – Enjoy a grazing board lunch in your Lodge and spend the afternoon relaxing and watching the wildlife outside your window.

5:00pm – 7:00pm – Head to our unique and stylish venue, Cellarz, underneath the Georgian manor, Spring Grove House. Here you can enjoy a fabulous five-course tasting menu with drinks flight included, while you listen to a fascinating wildlife conservation talk delivered by one of our knowledgeable team members. You can relax and socialise with other guests until 10:00pm, or retreat back to your Lodge for a peaceful evening.

7:00am – Start your day with a continental breakfast delivered to your Lodge, as you watch the sun rise over the Park.

8:45am – Your giraffe adventure begins! Accompanied by a VIP guide, you’ll step behind-the-scenes and get hands-on accompanied by the giraffe keepers. You’ll help prepare food, assist with their care and learn fascinating facts about these majestic creatures. Watch in awe as they gracefully lower their heads to interact with you up close – a truly magical experience. Please note, other guests will be present during the experienc

12:45pm – Return to your Lodge for a well-deserved break and a delicious lunch, with the flexibility to enjoy it at your own pace.

1:00-2:00pm – A special goody bag and USB of photos from your morning adventure will be delivered to your Lodge. Afterwards, feel free to explore the African Walking Trail, where you might catch glimpses of the giraffes, rhinos, and elephants. Or wander down to see the big cats at Tiger Tropics and Lion Ridge.

 4:00pm – Check out of your Lodge and head home to regale your family and friends with this once in a lifetime experience!
