From 2:00pm on arrival day, settle into your luxury White Lion Lodge before joining one of our experienced team for an engaging conservation talk, where you’ll learn more about the important wildlife and conservation work taking place at West Midlands Safari Park. In the evening, indulge in a gourmet tasting menu at our stylish and exclusive on-site venue, Cellarz.
After a restful night, wake to a delicious breakfast hamper delivered to your lodge before enjoying an unforgettable VIP experience.
You’ll gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the cheetahs and white lions' animal housing and enjoy astonishingly close encounters while learning more about the daily routines involved in caring for these incredible species.
You’ll assist with tasks such as preparing feeds, feeding, and supporting aspects of the keepers’ daily routines, giving you a unique insight into the important work carried out by the animal care team.
After a restful night, wake to a delicious breakfast hamper delivered to your lodge before enjoying an unforgettable VIP experience.
You’ll gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the cheetahs and white lions' animal housing and enjoy astonishingly close encounters while learning more about the daily routines involved in caring for these incredible species.

This is an adult-only package and guests must be aged 18 and over.
- For Wild Keeper Retreat stays in January and February 2027, West Midlands Safari Park will not be operating as a normal open day, so the Safari Drive, Safari Walk and Adventure Theme Park will be closed.
- For Wild Keeper Retreat stays in November and December 2026, West Midlands Safari Park will be open including the Safari Drive and Safari Walk areas for guests to access. The Adventure Theme Park will remain closed throughout.
- Suitable clothing is needed for the VIP Experience.
- Additional drinks are charged extra.
- Goody bag items are subject to availability
- Changes to the experience may happen due to weather. Guests will be notified on the day.
